Linda J. Heyman - Consulting Principal Linda has provided a variety of services to clients including the design and delivery of customized training programs, facilitation of change initiatives, coaching and consultation. In the training area, she uses a variety of assessment instruments, simulations and other materials to provide training that makes a difference…that focuses on performance improvement…successful training as the client defines it. Her recent assignments include work with a major healthcare system to establish a corporate university to align training programs with business objectives through a competency based model. Linda’s work on HR strategy and design includes the development of a comprehensive plan to staff the expansion of a large hospital which essentially doubled in size. Among her recent consulting engagements are projects at Main Line Health System, Drexel University School of Medicine, New York University Langone Medical Center and Amerisource Bergen. Prior to beginning her consulting career, Linda was Vice President of Human Resources for Main Line Health System. Previously, Linda held management positions at Aetna, Advanta Corporation, Glaxo SmithKline, Ernst and Young and LaSalle University. Linda holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Temple University and an MBA from LaSalle University. She is certified in Myers Briggs (MBTI), Crucial Conversations, Achieve Global and LIFO. She is a member of various professional organizations and has served on the Board of Directors of the Penjerdel Employee Benefits and Compensation Association.
