Meet our Team

Lisa Pera – Senior Consultant

Lisa Pera has extensive experience in the areas of organizational design, employee relations and Human Resource strategy and process development. She has worked with clients in health care, financial services, consumer products and other industries on projects including organizational alignment, process reengineering, employee retention strategies, Human Resources effectiveness programs and management development. She has played an integral role in the development of business and Human Resources strategies for clients, including, Jefferson Health System, Pennsylvania Hospital, Independence Blue Cross, Lifespan Health System, Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, TD Bank, Elliott – Lewis, The Franklin Mint, Consumer Credit Counseling Service, Radian Group, Severn-Trent Services and others.

Prior to joining HResults, Lisa was the Director of Human Resources for Holy Redeemer Hospital. Her previous experience includes positions at First Fidelity Bancorporation (now Wachovia) and Chase Manhattan.

Lisa holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Widener University and a Bachelors degree from Villanova University.
