HR Design

We strongly believe that design is a collaborative process that requires executive sponsorship and the participation of key internal and external “clients”.

A typical approach to an HR design engagement includes the gathering of cultural and environmental data to help us determine the key people issues that impact the achievement of an organization’s strategies. We often will use an analytical model that looks beyond the organizational structure to integrate client needs, available resources, budget, processes, technology, competencies and behaviors into our design recommendations.

Our methodology results in a high-performing Human Resources function supported by a sustainable model for HR service delivery that improves:

  • access
  • responsiveness
  • accountability
  • cost-efficiency
  • client satisfaction
