Robert Croner joins HResults
as Principal

Human resources industry veteran Robert E. Croner has joined the consulting firm HResults, Inc. as Principal. He will be responsible for leading client engagements, spearheading new service offerings and developing new business.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Rob join our team,” said Stu Anmuth, Managing Director of HResults. “He brings a wealth of experience in building and leading successful HR initiatives for large employers. Our clients will benefit greatly from Rob’s unique background.”

Croner brings a deep human resources background and executive-level experience to his new position at HResults, Inc. He has built a strong reputation for leading high-performing HR teams that have been recognized regionally for their contributions to business success.

Prior to joining HResults, Croner was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Radian Group, Inc., a Fortune 1000 mortgage firm headquartered in Philadelphia that employs 9,500. At Radian, he directed the design and implementation of a highly effective HR “delivery model,” earning the Radian HR team a regional “Excellence in Human Resource Management” award in 2007.

Previously, Croner served as Vice President of Human Resources for Independence Blue Cross. During his five years there, he was responsible for all human resources activities and was recognized by the Philadelphia Area Council of Excellence for superior human resources performance in 1999 and 2001. He received the Delaware Valley “HR Person of the Year” award in 2001. Additionally, Croner implemented a highly effective Executive Development program and developed a “self service” HR technology platform, enabling HR transactions and data management, resulting in both improvement in savings and service to associates.

Croner’s previous experience includes senior-level HR positions with Envirite Corporation, Wachovia, and Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc., publishers of The Philadelphia Inquirer & Daily News.

Croner earned his bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College and his master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Widener University. He currently holds an adjunct faculty position at the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Career Center.
