Nancy Brennan – Senior Consultant

Nancy joined HResults in 2004 as a Senior Consultant. She brings particular expertise in the design and management of innovative Human Resource functions and practices. In this role, she has been instrumental in the design and implementation of an HR shared services center for a Fortune 500 insurance company and has led the initiative to implement an advanced performance management system for a major suburban Philadelphia health system. Nancy has also managed key functional and project outsourcing programs for HResults, most recently with a regional assisted living facility management company and one of the fastest growing regional banking organizations in the country. She has worked with clients in financial services, healthcare, technology and retail services.

Nancy’s corporate experience was primarily in the Health Care industry. She has held Human Resources management positions at Independence Blue Cross, AmeriHealth and NewSeasons Assisted Living Communities.

Nancy holds a B.S. degree in Marketing and Finance from La Salle University and a professional certificate in Human Resource management from Villanova University.
