Philadelphia Looks to HResults
for Interim HR Executive Leadership
(and finds a keeper)
Effective August 5, 2009, Robert Croner has been offered and has accepted the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
Rob joined HResults in May 2008 after serving as EVP of Human Resources for Radian Group. Since January 2009, HResults has provided interim leadership for all Human Resources and Talent and Learning Services activities. In addition to management of day to day activities, HResults has advised Senior Leadership on strategic HR issues and project priorities as well as developed recommendations for its ongoing HR services model.

HResults Academy
HResults has launched the HResults Academy to provide HR Executives and professionals with an alternative to traditional Human Resources development curricula. Our emphasis is on the application of technical and interpersonal skills in a way that engages others, stresses critical thinking, and prompts HR professionals to become business “people” rather than business “partners”.
