HResults has finalized its report on comparative survey of wage rates paid to Registered Nurses at major hospitals and health systems in the Greater Philadelphia area, including New Jersey and Delaware. This is the only compensation survey that captures both step structures and clinical ladders as well as shift differentials, on call, float and standby rates.
Last year, twenty five (25) healthcare organizations participated in the 2010-2011 survey, reporting on rates covering more than 24,895 (19,273.9 FTE) nurses.
